Let’s face it, life catches up with us sometimes! It doesn’t matter whether we are female or male, young or have seen more than a few decades, fatigue, pain, daily stresses and strains, worry and other emotions show up in our face.

I will do a thorough, fully confidential, consultation on your first session to understand as much about you as possible so I can plan the best approach for you.

Each Zone Face Lift session will be different and is fully bespoke to your individual needs, although it will always include a full facial reflexology treatment. We will be working on your well-being and helping you to be the best version of you, naturally. As I am a fully qualified Clinical Aromatherapist you will also benefit from my skills and ability to make prescriptive products tailored to you and your requirements, for example a face mask, eye gel or whatever is needed (not necessarily for your face), all included in the price.
